Sinehia is a fragile white textile installation to be exhibited in such a way as to block the way of the audience to the rest of the exhibition. The work explores the situation of being trampled because of being on somebody's way. The video shows the installation and a couple of the first careful visitors as presented on on the 2002 edition of the annual international collaborative multimedia art festival in Tabor, Czech Republic, organized by CESTA (Cultural Exchange Station in TAbor), titled VioLENS. During the festival the work was gradually completely destroyed by the passing audience.
Sinehia was a collaborative work by Andreja Andric, Maja Gecic, Ana Cicovic, Lynn Pia Pook and Lina Faller.
